"Scott Pools was recommended by a neighbor who had a pool built by them a few years prior. Her experience went smoothly and their pool was lovely. When we started the building process Scott Pools was unavailable for new builds (every pool builder was swamped) so we went with another company. That company started the process, poured the shotcrete and ghosted us. I reach out to Scott pools again and Bill was wonderful. He walked us through where the original pool builder left off, checked to make sure we had a solid foundation and started from there. The pool was only at about 30% completion when he started. The process went quickly and smoothly. The pool is gorgeous -‘s we couldn’t be happier. Bill is responsive when we have questions.
